Who we are

Neberox Solutions & Services Ltd, company number 15880992, is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is Office S25, Fairgate House, Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2AA. Contact us at info@neberox.com.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you provide in the form, such as your name, email address, company, service interest, preferred start timing and message. We also receive ordinary technical information required to operate the website and email service.

If you choose to accept analytics, Google Analytics collects technical and interaction information such as pages viewed, CTA clicks, whether the enquiry form was viewed or started, and whether an enquiry was successfully sent. We do not send the text or contact details entered in the form to Google Analytics.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, send an acknowledgement email about your enquiry, respond to you, discuss potential work and keep appropriate business records. We use optional analytics to understand which parts of the website are useful and whether people can complete an enquiry. Our lawful basis for analytics is your consent. For enquiries, it will usually be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in running the business, or a legal obligation where applicable.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that support website hosting, email or business administration where necessary. If you accept analytics, Google processes the analytics information as our service provider. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, including responding to an enquiry and meeting legal or record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

Analytics is optional. You can accept or reject it when you first visit the website, and change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. You can read more in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the email above. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
